Stone Crab Claw Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 1 tbsp ancho chile powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 pinch kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together small bowl and let chill for at least 3 hours for all the ingredients to marry together.

Notes

To add some heat to the sauce use a few dashes of your favorite hot sauce or use poblano chile powder instead of the ancho for smokiness and heat.
