mayonnaise

whole grain mustard

ancho chile powder

tbsp
fresh lemon juice

kosher salt
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together small bowl and let chill for at least 3 hours for all the ingredients to marry together.
Notes
To add some heat to the sauce use a few dashes of your favorite hot sauce or use poblano chile powder instead of the ancho for smokiness and heat.
